Cancellation Policy

At The Standard Grooming Co. we realize that time is one thing you can never get back on this earth. Because we value our clients’ time greatly you will notice below how we handle late, cancelled and missed appointments:

-You must provide at least 12 hours notice to cancel appointment. If your notification is less than 12 hours you are required to pay full amount for service.

-If you are a "No Show" you are required to pay full amount for service missed.

-If you are 15 min late or more, you will be considered a "No Show".

-The full amount of service missed will be charged to ”No Show” card on file.
